Veggie Burgers with Halloumi

  • Pack of 4 Veggie burgers
  • 1 pack of Halloumi
  • Frozen Onion rings
  • 4 Brioche Buns
  • Olive oil


  • Cook the burgers according to the packet instructions
  • Cook the Onion rings according to the packet instructions
  • Thickly slice the Halloumi and over a low heat fry in the olive oil
  • Slice the buns and warm the insides (very lightly toast or put face down in the frying pan before doing the Halloumi)
  • Stack the burger, Halloumi and onion rings inside the bun.


Serve with fries
And Or a crisp salad
Use any dressing of your choice.
