Apple Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 red eating apples washed
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 sticks celery washed and top & tailed
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 tsp Natural yogurt

Optional

  • Sutanas
  • Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apples into quarters and take out the centre core. Slice thinly
  • Slice the celery
  • Peel & slice the onion
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl add the yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15mins then serve.

Notes

You don’t have to have the yogurt you could just serve it with no dressing.
