- 2-3 red eating apples washed
- 1 Red onion
- 2 sticks celery washed and top & tailed
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 tsp Natural yogurt
- Cut the apples into quarters and take out the centre core. Slice thinly
- Slice the celery
- Peel & slice the onion
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl add the yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for 15mins then serve.
You don’t have to have the yogurt you could just serve it with no dressing.
